What's On Board Bonita Springs Buses
What your bus comes with depends on what kind of trip you have planned. Party buses — seating 15 to 50 passengers — typically come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating, so the celebration is already rolling before you reach the first stop. Minibuses are the right call for wedding guest shuttles and corporate transfers, with comfortable reclining seats and powerful A/C for Southwest Florida's heat.
Full-size charter buses are built for longer hauls — Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa — with undercarriage luggage storage, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and overhead bins. Amenities vary by vehicle, but through this website you can compare what each bus includes before you commit to anything.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Overhead Lighting and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are just common types of features available on party buses. Exact vehicle features vary by provider and availability. After you submit your quote request, you will see a results page to browse your available options. To confirm the exact amenities included on a specific bus, simply call 239-946-7240.
How Much Does a Party Bus Cost in Bonita Springs?
Party bus and charter bus prices in Bonita Springs vary depending on vehicle size, your specific date, and how long you need the bus. To give you a general idea: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $150–$310/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $175–$350/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $210–$390/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $255–$450/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $130–$270/hour or $1,100–$2,200/day. Those are example figures — actual pricing depends on your itinerary, the time of year, and which vehicle you select.
Southwest Florida's snowbird season (roughly November through April) tightens availability and drives rates higher across the board, so booking ahead pays off in real dollars. Call 239-946-7240 any time for a free, all-inclusive quote — or check the party bus prices page for a full breakdown.

Bonita Springs Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) (11000 Terminal Access Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33913) sits roughly 15 miles north of Bonita Springs via I-75 and handled more than 10 million passengers in a recent year. Getting a large group and all its luggage through baggage claim and out to ground transportation takes coordination — and US-41 and I-75 jam up fast in peak snowbird season when everyone is racing for separate rideshares at the same time.
Commercial bus pickups at RSW use the Ground Transportation Center on the lower arrivals level, just outside baggage claim. Have your entire group assembled with luggage before signaling the bus to pull up — RSW's curbside is active and vehicles cannot sit and wait. For departing groups, drop-off is curbside at the departures level.
Check the official RSW ground transportation page before you travel to confirm current commercial pickup procedures. The full RSW Airport bus rental guide walks through every step of the process. Call 239-946-7240 to set up your airport shuttle today!

Bonita Springs Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Gulf Coast has no shortage of waterfront bars, beach clubs, and restaurants spread across Bonita Springs, Estero, and the Fort Myers Beach strip — and that geographic spread is exactly what makes a Bonita Springs bachelorette bus rental the smart move. When your itinerary involves four different stops spread across 20 miles of Gulf Coast, nobody should be figuring out how to get from point A to point D.
A typical bachelorette evening might start with drinks at a Bonita Beach waterfront spot, move through Estero Bay-area bars, hit the Fort Myers River District for the later hours, and wrap back at a Gulf-side hotel — all without anyone getting separated or managing two cars. Party buses seating 15 to 50 come with a full bar, color-changing LEDs, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs. Your group calls the shots on timing and stops, from first pickup to last drop-off.
Call 239-946-7240 to compare options and get started on your date!

Bonita Springs Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Southwest Florida's Lee and Collier County communities host some of the most celebrated quinceañera and milestone birthday events in the state, and arriving by party bus is an entrance that sets the tone for the whole evening. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available in white, black, or silver to match your theme and photos — and you can even request color-matched exterior wraps for the big day.
Whether the celebration is heading to an event hall off Old US 41, a waterfront venue along Estero Bay, or a multi-stop night that starts in Bonita Springs and finishes in Naples or the Fort Myers River District, the bus handles navigation and parking so your group stays focused on the occasion. For adult milestone birthdays, one bus keeps the whole crew together instead of splitting into a convoy on I-75 and hoping everyone ends up at the same spot. Use the online quote tool to compare options or call 239-946-7240 to build a custom package!

Bonita Springs Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Hertz Arena (11000 Everblades Pkwy, Estero, FL 34135) is Southwest Florida's largest indoor venue — home of the Florida Everblades and the primary stop for touring acts, family shows, and arena-level events drawing fans from across Lee and Collier County. It sits about 8 miles north of downtown Bonita Springs, just off I-75 at the Corkscrew Road exit, and while parking is generally free, Everblades Parkway and Three Oaks Parkway back up significantly on sold-out nights. Post-show, the exit crawl out of the lot can stretch 30–45 minutes before traffic clears.
A Bonita Springs concert bus rental takes all of that off your plate — your group loads together, arrives together, and the bus is right there when the final song ends instead of leaving everyone stuck in a dark parking lot. Party buses headed to Hertz Arena come with a built-in bar and Bluetooth sound to keep things going from first pickup to last drop-off. Read the full Hertz Arena group transportation guide for venue-specific drop-off and parking logistics!

Bonita Springs Corporate Event Transportation
Bonita Springs anchors one of the fastest-growing business corridors in Southwest Florida, with major resorts, medical campuses, and corporate office parks concentrated along the US-41 and Coconut Road stretch between Bonita Springs and Estero. Shuttling a team between RSW Airport hotels, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, and meeting venues along the Coconut Point corridor becomes a coordination headache fast when everyone is booking separate rides during snowbird season traffic.
A Bonita Springs corporate shuttle handles the entire group on one vehicle — everyone arrives at the same time, no one gets lost on US-41, and the whole team walks in together. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus works well for executive transfers and smaller conference groups; a full-size charter bus is the right call for larger conventions, with undercarriage storage for materials and luggage. Call 239-946-7240 to talk through your schedule and build a route that fits your exact timeline.

Bonita Springs Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large family reunion trip to Barefoot Beach, a church group outing to Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, or a multi-stop birthday crawl through the Gulf Coast's best waterfront spots? A Bonita Springs private event shuttle keeps your full group moving together without anyone coordinating separate cars, fighting for parking, or getting separated at a packed beach access road.
Bonita Beach Road fills from curb to curb by mid-morning on winter and spring weekends — the county preserve lots cap out fast, and the residential streets nearby post tow-away zones aggressively during season. Groups from Bonita Springs also regularly organize trips to Cape Coral for events like the Cape Coral Festival of the Arts and the Cape Coral Coconut Festival, both popular multi-day events drawing thousands of attendees across Lee County. Holiday weekends fill the bus fleet months in advance — book as soon as your date is confirmed rather than waiting until the week of the event.
Call 239-946-7240 to check availability!

Bonita Springs Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Lee County high schools — including Estero High, Gulf Coast High, and Bonita Springs Middle-High School — hold prom and homecoming events within a compressed spring window each year, and bus demand across Lee County spikes hard during that 4–6 week stretch. For prom: book by January or expect limited options and significantly higher rates.
A typical Bonita Springs prom bus rental for 25–30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at a Gulf-side park, venue drop-off at a Fort Myers or Naples ballroom, and an after-party return — runs around $1,500–$1,900 all-inclusive when booked four to six months out, but $2,400–$3,200+ when booked at the last minute. Those are example figures to give you a planning reference, not a locked-in rate. The bus keeps everyone together on a schedule that your group sets.
Compare bus types on this website and get started before the fleet is claimed!

Bonita Springs School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Organizing field trip transportation out of Bonita Springs means navigating limited parking at some of the region's most popular educational sites — and a school bus rental simplifies the whole trip for teachers and chaperones alike. One vehicle handles pickup and drop-off at the school, so there's no coordinating a parent carpool chain along US-41.
Popular field trip destinations near Bonita Springs include Everglades Wonder Gardens (27180 Old US 41, Bonita Springs, FL 34135) — a historic botanical and wildlife attraction right in town with very limited street parking along Old US 41 — and Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary (375 Sanctuary Rd W, Naples, FL 34120), about 18 miles east, where oversized groups quickly strain the small lot near the boardwalk entrance. A minibus drops students at the entrance and waits nearby while the group is inside. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network — just mention it when you request your quote.
Call 239-946-7240 to get your field trip set up!

Bonita Springs Sporting Event Transportation
Southwest Florida's spring training season draws massive crowds every February and March, and two major stadiums sit within 20 miles of Bonita Springs. The Red Sox pack JetBlue Park at Fenway South (11500 Fenway South Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913) throughout the Grapefruit League schedule, while the Twins fill Hammond Stadium at Lee Health Sports Complex (14400 Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33912) on overlapping game days. When both venues are active simultaneously, US-41 and Six Mile Cypress Parkway back up with fans coming from Bonita Springs, Naples, and Cape Coral at once.
A Bonita Springs sporting event bus rental gets your entire group to the gate together — game-day energy builds on board, and the ride home is already sorted when the final out is recorded. Read the full guides for JetBlue Park group transportation and Hammond Stadium bus rentals for specific drop-off and parking logistics. Call 239-946-7240 to get started on your game-day bus!

Bonita Springs Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Bonita Springs and its surrounding Gulf Coast communities are home to some of the most picturesque wedding venues in Southwest Florida — from beachfront ceremonies at Barefoot Beach to resort receptions at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. A Bonita Springs wedding shuttle keeps guests on schedule between hotel blocks, ceremony sites, and reception venues without anyone navigating unfamiliar Gulf Coast roads after dark.
Hyatt Regency Coconut Point (5001 Coconut Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134) sits at the end of a single-lane resort approach road off US-41, and late-arriving guests in separate cars on a Saturday night means late arrivals, full stop. A minibus or charter bus running a clean loop from your hotel block to the resort entrance solves the access problem entirely and keeps your wedding timeline tight. The 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the perfect vehicle for the wedding party on the day itself.
Because Capecoralpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare every detail up front, you get clear pickup windows and pricing from the first quote to final drop-off. Call 239-946-7240 to get your wedding transportation sorted early!

Bonita Springs Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Gulf Coast craft beer and bar scene has grown significantly over the past several years, and a Bonita Springs pub crawl bus rental is the right way to take on a multi-stop evening when your stops are spread from Bonita Springs north through Estero and into the Fort Myers River District. Parking along Estero Boulevard on Fort Myers Beach is notoriously limited on weekends, and River District curb space vanishes by 7pm on a Friday night.
With a party bus handling the route, your group moves between stops on one vehicle, nobody has to figure out how everyone gets home at the end of the night, and the itinerary is entirely yours to set. A typical Gulf Coast evening might work through local craft spots in Estero, continue to waterfront bars along Estero Bay, and finish with late-night options in the River District — all in one comfortable bus stocked with a full bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound. Compare bus sizes and get a quote started at 239-946-7240!

Frequently Asked Questions About Bonita Springs Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Capecoralpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options for your trip. Submit the quote form with your trip details, and you'll see pricing and available vehicles for your date. Compare the options and find what fits your group.
What is Capecoralpartybuscompany.com?
Capecoralpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation in Southwest Florida. It helps you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals from providers serving Bonita Springs and the surrounding region through one online form — so you can weigh prices and options side by side and pick what fits your group best.
How does Capecoralpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, and your pickup and drop-off locations — and you'll see vehicle options from bus providers serving the area of your request. Compare pictures, amenities, and estimated prices in one place, then move forward with the option that makes the most sense for your group. No account required to check online quotes and vehicle photos.
How much does a party bus cost in Bonita Springs?
Prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. To give you a general sense: 15–20 passenger party buses run $175–$350/hour; 20–30 passenger buses run $210–$390/hour; 35–50 passenger buses and minibuses run $255–$450/hour; and full-size charter buses run $130–$270/hour or $1,100–$2,200/day. Southwest Florida's snowbird season (November–April) raises both rates and demand, so booking early is the most effective way to secure good pricing.
Call 239-946-7240 for an all-inclusive quote on your specific date, or see the party bus prices page for more detail.
When does party bus availability get tightest in Bonita Springs?
The three crunch periods for Bonita Springs bus rentals are spring training season (February–March), when Red Sox and Twins fans fill Lee County on top of the existing snowbird population; prom season (April–May), when high school students across Lee County compete for the same buses in a compressed 4–6 week window; and major holiday weekends like New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, and Fourth of July. Book at least three to four months out for any of these dates — and earlier is always better.
What size party bus is right for a Bonita Beach group outing?
For groups of 10–14, a Sprinter van or 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right fit. Groups of 15–25 do well on a 20-passenger bus or 25-passenger party bus. Larger groups of 30–50 should look at a 40-passenger party bus or a minibus.
Keep in mind that Barefoot Beach County Preserve has very limited parking — one bus handling drop-off and pickup beats multiple cars competing for the same small lot on a busy weekend morning.
Can a bus make multiple stops across Bonita Springs and Fort Myers in one night?
Yes — multi-stop evening itineraries are one of the most common uses for party bus rentals in Southwest Florida. A bachelorette group might cover three or four bars from Bonita Beach to the Fort Myers River District in one night; a birthday group might want a restaurant stop, then a beach bar, then a late-night venue in Naples. When you request a quote, describe your full itinerary so the package can be built around it.
A call to 239-946-7240 can also help you plan a route that hits every stop efficiently.
Popular Bonita Springs Party Bus Destinations
From preserved Gulf Coast beaches and arena events to historic nature attractions and resort venues, a Bonita Springs party bus itinerary can cover a wide range of Southwest Florida's best destinations. The venues below give you a solid starting point — along with the on-the-ground logistics that matter most when you're moving a group.

Barefoot Beach County Preserve
Barefoot Beach County Preserve (6 Bayfront Dr, Bonita Springs, FL 34134) is one of the last undisturbed barrier island beaches on Florida's Gulf coast — and the parking situation is the thing most group planners overlook until they're already stuck. The main lot holds a limited number of vehicles and fills completely by mid-morning on peak season weekends, with attendants turning cars away when capacity is reached. There is no overflow lot on-site, and the surrounding residential streets along Little Hickory Island are actively posted against parking.
A bus drops your group at the preserve entrance and waits nearby while you enjoy the beach, then returns on your schedule — the cleanest solution for a spot that has almost no room for extra vehicles. Check current parking hours and fees on the official Barefoot Beach Preserve page before your visit.
Address: 6 Bayfront Dr, Bonita Springs, FL 34134

Hertz Arena
Hertz Arena (11000 Everblades Pkwy, Estero, FL 34135) is the largest indoor venue in Southwest Florida — home of the Florida Everblades and the region's primary stop for arena concerts, touring family shows, and major events drawing crowds from across Lee and Collier County. The arena sits just off I-75 at the Corkscrew Road exit, about 8 miles north of downtown Bonita Springs. Parking is free and plentiful on most nights, but on sold-out concerts and Florida Everblades playoff runs, Everblades Parkway backs up significantly both coming in and going out.
A group bus drops your crew at the entrance and is waiting and ready when the show ends — no one circling a dark lot while the post-show backup clears. Review the official Hertz Arena plan-your-visit page for event-specific entry and parking details before your event date.
Address: 11000 Everblades Pkwy, Estero, FL 34135 Phone: (239) 948-7825

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa
Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa (5001 Coconut Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134) is one of the most prominent wedding and corporate event venues in Southwest Florida — a full Gulf-side resort with multiple ceremony and reception spaces, a conference center, and extensive meeting facilities set back from US-41 on Coconut Road. The approach is a single-lane resort road, and the valet queue on busy event nights regularly backs up onto the main road entrance. A wedding or corporate shuttle running a loop from hotel blocks along US-41 to the resort entrance keeps guests off the approach entirely and delivers them on schedule.
Groups holding events here should coordinate bus timing with the resort's event team ahead of arrival — the single-lane road requires precise sequencing to avoid conflicts with valet traffic moving in both directions.
Address: 5001 Coconut Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134 Phone: (239) 444-1234

Everglades Wonder Gardens
Everglades Wonder Gardens (27180 Old US 41, Bonita Springs, FL 34135) is Bonita Springs' oldest attraction — a botanical garden and wildlife sanctuary operating since 1936, featuring native Florida animals, tropical plantings, and a beautifully preserved historic property right in the center of the city along Old US 41. It's a regular destination for school field trips, private event rentals, and group tours. Street parking along Old US 41 is extremely limited, and surrounding residential streets have restricted zones that are actively enforced.
A minibus or small charter bus drops your group at the entrance and can wait along US-41 while you're inside. The garden hosts private events and group visits — contact them directly to confirm access logistics and group scheduling before your visit.
Address: 27180 Old US 41, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Phone: (239) 992-2591

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)
Southwest Florida International Airport (11000 Terminal Access Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33913) is the primary commercial airport for Lee and Collier County, handling more than 10 million passengers annually with nonstop service to 60+ destinations. It's roughly 15 miles north of Bonita Springs via I-75 — a quick run in off-peak hours, but a significantly longer one during snowbird season when I-75 traffic stacks approaching Fort Myers. For arriving groups, commercial bus pickups use the Ground Transportation Center on the lower arrivals level outside baggage claim.
Have everyone assembled with luggage before signaling the bus to approach — the curbside zone is active and vehicles cannot sit idle. Check the official RSW ground transportation page, and read the full RSW Airport group transportation guide before you travel.
Address: 11000 Terminal Access Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33913 Phone: (239) 590-4800

Lovers Key State Park
Lovers Key State Park (8700 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931) is a barrier island state park about 12 miles north of Bonita Springs, known for its shelling beaches, kayaking, and wildlife viewing along Estero Bay and the Gulf. The park's parking area holds a limited number of vehicles and fills to capacity on peak season weekends and holidays — on popular days, the lot simply closes to new arrivals when full. Day-use fees run $8 per vehicle at the entrance booth.
A bus drops your group at the park entrance and waits off Estero Boulevard while you're inside, skipping the parking scramble entirely. Check current hours, fees, and any access updates on the official Florida State Parks page for Lovers Key before your visit.
Address: 8700 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 Phone: (239) 463-4588
